Although 4th Quarter sales dipped from 09 the first two Quarters of 2010 saw an average of about 20% gain in Sales, both units and volume. 3rd quarter of 2010 saw a drop in units sold, particularly in attached dwellings, which also dropped in volume, however, volume for residential still had a 10% gain for the quarter.
